La Reunion | Porsche Centre Reunion reaffirmed its support for Maxime Dupuy and Zakaria Omarjee, who were about to take the start of the 2025 Rallye Championship at the wheel of the legendary Porsche 991 GT+. On this occasion, partners, journalists and enthusiasts gathered at the Porsche Centre Reunion for the official presentation of the team.
The Rallye de La Réunion: a not-to-be-missed event
One of the most popular sporting events on the island, the Rallye de La Réunion holds a special place in the hearts of the inhabitants of Réunion. It began on 5 and 6 April with the start of the National Rally at Petite-Ile, in the Sud Sauvage region. Every year, between the sea and the mountains, the curvy, technical tracks tested the best teams, who had to combine technical mastery, speed and strategy to dominate these mythical roads.

Official presentation of the Dupuy-Omarjee crew at the Centre Porsche Réunion
For the 2025 season, the Centre Porsche Réunion has the honour of sponsoring the Dupuy-Omarjee team, who will be at the wheel of the only Porsche 991 GT+. This partnership underlines the Porsche Centre Réunion's commitment to local motorsport and its desire to support the development of Réunion's racing talent.
An exclusive event was held at the Porsche Centre in the presence of the trade press, the team's partners, the Porsche Centre team and personalities such as François Caillé, CEO of the Caillé Group, and Marc Bergeretti, Managing Director. The meeting was an opportunity to officially introduce the team, just a few days before they take part in the first round of the National Rally at Petite-Ile, an area particularly popular with drivers due to its technical and twisty roads. It was a privileged moment of exchange between enthusiasts, celebrating the spirit of competition and the passion for performance that drives our community.
